We had a wonderful experience at the resort where we enjoyed spacious accommodations and beautiful grounds with lovely pools. The attentive staff resolved our issues promptly, which really enhanced our stay. However, the master bedroom's lack of soundproofing made privacy a challenge, especially with our teenage kids around. Also, the open-air shutters let in more heat than we anticipated, affecting our enjoyment of the surroundings.
